Position: Sales Consultant

Job Location: Essen, Germany (Hybrid Work Model Available)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery, understanding client needs and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering solutions that meet their technical and business needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our software solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and help shape future product offerings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics, with a track record of successfully achieving sales quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
