Position: Sales Consultant
Job Location: Essen, Germany (Hybrid Work Model Available)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive (Based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through analysis and discovery, understanding client needs and challenges.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, offering solutions that meet their technical and business needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of our software solutions.
- Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and help shape future product offerings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Consultant or similar role, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and dynamics, with a track record of successfully achieving sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field is preferred.
- Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.

Role & responsibilities:
- Working in our Consulting Department as SAP Logistics Functional Consultant – S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management (EWM)
- Participating in various projects related to implementation and maintenance of SAP systems in the area of logistics, in Poland and in the entire EU
- Constantly cooperating with other functional consultants and business users
What is expected of you:
- At least three years’ experience in a similar role – implementation consultant or support, having implemented several SAP projects (logistics modules: EWM, WM, TM, SD, LE-TRA, MM)
- Higher professional education
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
At least B2 English knowledge (communication fluency in spoken and written English)
Good knowledge of ABAP programming (nice to have)
Category B driving license
Willingness for business trips (up to 50% of the time)
Open to multicultural environment and nationalities
